COVID-19 service update: we are currently taking urgent and emergency orders
At All Panels we take our duty of care to our staff and customers very seriously, and as such following the Government announcement regarding essential work, unnecessary travel and social distancing, we have taken steps to ensure the way we work complies with the guidelines.
To facilitate social distancing guidelines and ensure the health and well being of our team, our warehouse is open and operating with skeleton staff. To prevent unnecessary travel, our warehouse is closed to the public and we are only accepting orders for delivery.
Placing an order
Our website continues to operate as normal, and orders are being picked, packed, and dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within our usual time-frame, however whilst we are using our regular couriers they do advise that due to increase demand there may be a slight delay in delivering items.
Customers with outstanding orders
If you have not received you order and believe it should have been delivered by now, please email us at email@example.com.
Speaking to customer services
Whilst our warehouse is open, our offices are not. We have limited office staff who are currently working from home. If you have any queries about our product range, an existing order, or placing a new order, please contact us in the usual ways. We do ask for your patience while we get back to you as response times may be longer than usual given our limited staffing.
